Terms & Conditions:
To ensure a smooth process, the following terms and conditions must be agreed upon before a commission is accepted.
Clear Communication: You must clearly explain your project idea to the best of your ability.
Upfront Payment: 50% of the total payment is required before the initial design concepts (“sketches”) are presented.
Watermarked Previews: All sketches and previews of the finalized project will be watermarked until full payment is received.
Content Restrictions: Commissions containing NSFW content (including but not limited to sexually explicit material, extreme gore, offensive imagery, and “proship” themes) may be refused.
AI-Generated Content: The use of AI-generated “artwork” or content (e.g., from tools like DALL-E, GPT-4/5, SORA, and Imagen) is generally prohibited in commissioned projects. Exceptions may be made for non-profit or small-scale projects, but commercial use of AI-generated content is strictly forbidden.
